A Marine Corps veteran with more than two decades of leadership experience in safety, transportation, training, and regulatory compliance, Rick has built and managed comprehensive safety programs for organizations across the oil and gas, construction, transportation, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. His career includes executive leadership in health, safety, environmental (HSE), fleet operations, and workforce development—leading multi-state compliance initiatives, developing company-wide safety management systems, and training hundreds of supervisors, drivers, and employees.
Rick is an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer for General Industry and a certified Veriforce instructor, delivering nationally recognized training programs alongside customized consulting solutions tailored to each client's operational needs. His expertise includes OSHA compliance, DOT/FMCSA regulations, fleet safety management, driver qualification programs, incident investigation, hazard assessments, written safety programs, and leadership development.
Throughout his career, Rick has earned a reputation for translating complex regulations into practical, effective solutions that organizations can implement with confidence. His philosophy is simple: safety programs should be practical, understandable, and integrated into daily operations—not created merely to satisfy regulatory requirements.
